How to setup my company emails on my Android Phone

Android mobile phone devices such as Samsung Galaxy, Xiaomi, Redmi, Huawei come built in with a standard email app. This is usually found in an app called Mail or Email. Tap it to get started. Each brand of mobile phone may have their own unique app. However the settings are generally as follows:

POP or IMAP: Select IMAP
Username : Insert your full email address (eg. john@mydomain.com )*
Password :(Make sure this is the same as your actual email password)

Incoming Server:
IMAP Server: (as per settings provided to you)
Security Type: TLS
Incoming Port: 143

Outgoing Server:
SMTP Server: (as per settings provided to you)
Security Type: None (Require Signin)
Ougoing Port 587

Make sure it is not set to delete emails from server upon download.
